Incorporated in 2007, Securities Investment Management Pvt. Ltd. (SiMPL) is an investment management firm promoted by Mr. Rajashekar Iyer. At SiMPL, we manage, equity portfolios of our clients with the aim of long-term wealth creation.
The Company is licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Portfolio Manager (Registration no - INP000002940).
We started accepting clients for our portfolio management service in September 2009 under the product named Deep Value Portfolio (now called SiMPL Multi Cap Value Portfolio). In 2023-24, we added another product to our PMS – SiMPL Small Cap Value Portfolio.
The SiMPL Investment Philosophy
SiMPL is driven by the value investment philosophy. We believe investment in listed equities as an asset class has provided, & continues to provide, the best avenue for long term wealth creation. We select stocks to be included in the portfolio using a bottom-up approach generally ignoring the various expectations of market outlook except to the extent they are reflected in prices.
